Description

In this role, you will manage and grow our nationwide partner network of professional financial advisors, handle credit application clearing, optimize applications, and ensure smooth onboarding and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with banks and internal teams to provide efficient credit solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, media, communications or commercial training.
  • 1+ year experience in installment credit mediation and knowledge of banking products.
  • Strong communication skills and proactive work ethic.
  • Native-level German and good English skills.
  • Interest in online developments and high initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain partnerships with nationwide financial advisors via phone, email, and in person.
  • Clear and optimize credit applications from partners.
  • Handle rejections, request missing documents, and communicate with banks.
  • Support integration and onboarding of new partners.
  • Analyze partner performance and make data-driven decisions.
