🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for travelers prior to departure.
• Communicate with travelers by email and phone.
• Prepare travelers for upcoming trips in video meetings.
• Organize transfers, flights, and additional services.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to take on emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons.
