You'll own the end-to-end migration experience for MongoDB's largest customers, defining vision and roadmap for tools like Atlas Live Migrate and mongosync. You'll make hard prioritization calls, build deep technical understanding of replication and failover, and represent product direction to enterprise CTOs and senior engineers. This role offers high impact in a mission-critical domain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and strategy for MongoDB-to-MongoDB migrations.
• Define and own the end-to-end roadmap from assessment to cutover.
• Build deep technical understanding of migration tools and concepts.
• Represent product direction to senior engineers and enterprise customers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on infrastructure-level products.
• Proven ownership of enterprise-grade technical products end-to-end.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers.
• Strong customer-obsession with direct engagement and roadmap translation.

• Hands-on experience with database migrations or data replication.
• Prior ownership of developer tools or infrastructure platforms.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or NoSQL databases and replication concepts.
