🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of R&D projects to align with quarterly goals.
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track program effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the project portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership on major initiatives.
• Experience with organizational change management practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
