💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new team members using your fandom knowledge and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role offers a chance to grow your leadership skills in a fun, fan-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales
• Open and close the store and support leadership as needed
• Process sales transactions and close out registers
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

• Experience with BOPIS or curbside pickup
