๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the customer's Services journey from pre-sales to launch, building trusted relationships with C-level sponsors. You'll drive adoption and growth for large strategic accounts while collaborating deeply with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role offers the chance to influence Elastic's delivery methodology and industry POV.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Complete Elastic training and become an authority in consulting methodologies
- Engage C-level customers using a consultative selling approach
- Create compelling vision for transformative solutions to drive business value
- Exceed growth and bookings targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience with proven quota overachievement
- 5+ years selling or delivering professional services for a strategic consulting firm or software company
- Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships as a trusted advisor
- Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in creating outstanding responses to RFIs/RFPs
- Project/account management experience
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
