• Maintain headcount tracking and staffing plan updates
• Prepare recurring workforce reports (headcount, hiring, vacancies)
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Recruiting

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in resource planning or workforce management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in large global or matrix organizations preferred
