Description

As a psychotherapist, you'll enjoy the autonomy to practice in the best interest of patients without administrative interference, working from home with flexible hours. You'll collaborate with prescribers and a team of therapists in a virtual setting, focusing on evidence-based care and improving access to mental health services.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+
• Excellent communication, organizational, and basic tech skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients via telehealth
• Collaborate with prescribers and other therapists in a team-based format
• Attend regular virtual clinical team meetings to discuss patient cases
• Maintain licensure and pursue licensing in additional states
• Build caseload rapidly with company support
