🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of business and client needs.
• Manage customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close long-term commitments with stakeholders.
• Identify new workload opportunities in customer cloud environments.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management experience in UK market.
• 3+ years experience at a technology company.
• Experience supporting customers in AWS ecosystem.
• Strong technical skills to engage with technical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader).
• Experience in FinOps.
