Description

You will design, build, and maintain cloud-native security services at Klaviyo, making it simple for engineers to ship secure software. You'll own components end-to-end, collaborate on system design, and work with technologies like Python, Go, AWS, and Kubernetes to improve reliability and security at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience building and operating cloud-native distributed systems
• Proficient in Python or Go with production-quality code
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud networking/IAM concepts
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native security services
• Own components end-to-end from implementation to production operation
• Improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of security systems
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and whiteboarding sessions
• Participate in on-call rotation for operational excellence
