You'll build and maintain the data platform processing over 100M events per day, powering a large Redshift warehouse. Your work will enable company-wide reporting, document analytics, and AB testing. Join a team of 34 nationalities with Swiss engineering standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain healthy operations of Redshift and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.
• Oversee near-real-time event ingestion from products and third-party systems.
• Collaborate on data ingestion and infrastructure for data applications.
• Own ingestion and infrastructure components powering Looker and Growthbook.
• Improve developer experience in dbt with tooling, templates, and CI workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Redshift, Kubernetes, Python, and SQL.
• Proven track record owning critical data infrastructure at scale.
• Experience with high-volume event ingestion and large-scale data warehousing.
• Systematic problem solver with a quality-first mindset.
