💼 About This Role

You'll resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues for a premier residential community, ensuring excellent resident service. This role offers full EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification paid by the company after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and vacant apartment turnovers
• Maintain building cleanliness, grounds, and snow removal
• Provide on-call emergency response during weekends and evenings

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable transportation for daily commute and on-call emergencies
