You'll lead a team of experienced Enterprise AEs focused on large, complex deals in the East Coast region. You'll own the team forecast, drive pipeline health, and develop your sellers. This role sits at the center of Klaviyo's up-market scaling motion.

  • Own the team forecast and drive accountability
  • Recruit and develop seasoned enterprise sellers
  • Build and execute regional enterprise strategy
  • Manage pipeline quality and close large deals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years managing enterprise SaaS sales teams
  • 6+ years enterprise selling into Fortune 5000
  • Fluency in sales metrics and Salesforce
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce KPIs
