💼 About This Role

You'll lead the definition and realization of AI server platform architecture, from server board design to rack-level integration. Your core impact will be architecting systems that scale from a single server to multi-rack POD deployments. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI inference hardware and redefine the infrastructure layer for AI workloads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect end-to-end hardware system stack for AI servers
• Design PCIe Gen5/Gen6 topologies and switch hierarchies
• Define scalable BMC architecture and fleet management features
• Specify chip-to-chip interconnects like NVLink and UCIe

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in system or server hardware architecture for HPC/AI
• Deep understanding of PCIe protocols and topologies
• Experience with rack-level and multi-rack system design
• Strong expertise in BMC systems and telemetry integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with 400G Ethernet, InfiniBand, or CXL fabrics
• Proven background in power architecture for dense compute
• Understanding of thermal design principles
