Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and communication tools

• Leadership skills to manage diverse team
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Supervise pick-and-pack operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize team performance
• Track order progress and team metrics using Tableau and Google Sheets
• Communicate with teams and management via Slack, Geneva, and Gmail
• Enforce SOPs and quality standards before dispatch
