🎯 What You'll Do

• Command incidents and drive resolution with engineering teams
• Lead incident-related training and cross-training
• Manage weekly release process as part of release management
• Contribute to blameless post-mortem process and action items

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in incident management, operations, or technical support
• Experience leading technical incidents to resolution
• Strong background with observability tools like Datadog, Jira, Confluence
• Ability to communicate critical issues to executive staff
