💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop Okta partners to successfully deliver identity and access management services. You'll ensure partners meet delivery standards and scale high-quality implementations. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally and shape partner strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop delivery capability across the assigned partner portfolio.
• Guide partners through the Service Delivery Partner maturity model.
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions.
• Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams on partner selection.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or partner success
• Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiar with several programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Familiar with open-source tools and development practices
• Familiar with load balancers, reverse proxies, and Web Access Management tech (e.g., F5, Oracle, NGINX)
