Description

You will provide home health nursing services to elderly patients in the greater Lebanon, Ohio area, conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments, and coordinating with physicians and families. Travel is required between patient homes.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
• Graduate of approved nursing program; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and physical histories
• Initiate and revise plan of care based on patient status
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Counsel and educate patients and families
• Coordinate with physicians, other providers, and home health aides
