You'll manage MSBA-funded capital projects from design through close-out, ensuring compliance with policies and budgets. You'll review project schedules, budgets, reimbursement requests, and change orders while coordinating with school districts and consultants. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scope for compliance.
• Review monthly reimbursement requests and recommend eligibility.
• Lead project meetings and report on budget variances.
• Coordinate final audit documents and close-out.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction, project management, or building design.
• Knowledge of construction project administration and contract compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with public school construction projects.
• Familiarity with grant programs and funding agreements.
• Ability to travel occasionally to project sites.
