💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of design engineers to deliver large campus data center projects for Crusoe, the vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll interface with clients and teams to optimize designs for cost control and schedule constraints, and create high-level mechanical system calculations. This role offers the chance to work on energy-first AI infrastructure at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of external design engineers for large campus data center projects.
• Interface with clients, design teams, construction teams, and vendors.
• Create high level calculations for mechanical systems.
• Prepare conceptual level systems design for mechanical cooling.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional engineering experience in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering.
• Experience with design management and leading teams of design professionals.
• Technical expertise of MEP systems.
• Experience with large central utility plant design, construction, and commissioning.
