Description

You will oversee clinical operations for pediatric home care services, supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, compliant care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations, patient assignments, and case load
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and regulations
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
