Description

You will own product vision and execution within a SAFe Agile Release Train, bridging business strategy and technical delivery for a federal client. You'll define roadmaps, manage backlogs, track KPIs, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe framework
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and systems integration
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with portfolio objectives
• Act as customer-centric voice, prioritizing initiatives with stakeholders
• Define, prioritize, and manage Program Backlog including features and enablers
• Lead PI planning and collaborate with Agile teams and Product Owners
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs for digital adoption and performance
