🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute research on LLM fine-tuning, alignment, and post-training methods.
• Develop foundational AI models spanning language, vision, speech, and multimodal systems.
• Contribute to dataset curation, architecture design, training, evaluation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to deploy models to production.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, NLP, or related field.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models (e.g., SFT, RLHF).
• Publication record in peer-reviewed AI conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.

• First-author publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RLHF, multimodal learning, or agentic AI.
