Description

You will drive financial analyses, build and own reports and KPIs, model business outcomes, and inform strategic decision-making across the Revenue org and the company. You'll report to the Director, Strategic Finance and work closely with the CFO and other leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience with budgeting or expense tracking for business functions
• Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth business environments

Responsibilities

• Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for planning and forecasting
• Own and maintain financial planning infrastructure in Pigment
• Serve as finance partner for non-headcount expense management across the company
• Analyze performance and prepare executive-ready insights for reviews
• Improve and automate KPI reporting using tools like Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker
