Description

You will lead a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers to build AI-driven healthcare enterprise applications, combining people leadership with hands-on technical contributions. You'll guide model selection, event-driven architecture, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience delivering AI/ML solutions
• 3+ years managing Data Scientists or ML Engineers
• Hands-on Python with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib
• Advanced SQL and ML algorithm experience (SVM, CART, Boosting)
• Experience with prompt engineering and AWS services

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers
• Contribute to event-driven architecture design and implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data Engineering
• Provide technical leadership in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EMR, S3, Athena, Batch, Textract, Comprehend, Bedrock)
• Drive project scope definition, effort estimation, and code reviews
