You'll deliver a seven-star VIP travel experience for executive clients at a fast-growing travel management platform. You'll manage complex itineraries, handle urgent disruptions, and build long-term relationships. This role blends premium service with operational KPIs in a high-performance team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end VIP travel bookings including air, hotel, and ground transport.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveler preferences and company policy.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision across phone, chat, and email.
• Build long-term relationships with executive travelers through consistent high-quality service.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering high-touch premium customer service in executive travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar).
• Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics including productivity, efficiency, and CSAT.
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished, confident, and discreet style.
