You'll join our Upgrades team to construct and innovate cutting-edge components for Mainspring's Linear Generator. Your hands-on work will directly improve generator performance and reliability. This role offers excellent working conditions and full benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Construct and assemble generator components and assemblies per procedures
• Conduct inspections of test units and document findings
• Identify and implement safety and efficiency improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on mechanical assembly or repair experience
• Ability to learn quickly and self-motivated
• Precision measuring to .001" using micrometers, bore gauges, gauge blocks
• Safety commitment demonstrated
