You will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, ranging from infants to geriatrics, with flexible scheduling and one-to-one client focus. BAYADA offers comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in your cases.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey
• Passion for skilled nursing
• Willingness to expand skills
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Ability to work with clients of all ages (infant to geriatric)

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes in Middlesex County area
• Follow up, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Provide hands-on care to one client per day
• Build client relationships and monitor milestones
• Work flexible shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
