💼 About This Role

You'll perform safe, celebratory ear piercings as a licensed nurse at Rowan, an innovative ear-piercing brand. You'll build trust and excitement, turning each piercing into a memorable milestone while ensuring clinical excellence and infection control. This role combines nursing skills with a joyful retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with clinical precision and care.
• Create a celebratory, comforting atmosphere for customers.
• Educate customers on aftercare and jewelry placement.
• Maintain sterile, aseptic environment and supplies.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager on operations and training.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional customer care approach.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
