You'll manage specialized services programming at a Mastery Schools campus, overseeing special education, 504 plans, academic interventions, and English learner services. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality delivery of comprehensive academic and emotional support for students who need it most. You'll lead a team of teachers and support staff to drive student achievement and compliance with special education laws.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Specialized Services programming including Special Education, 504, interventions, and EL services
• Supervise IEP and 504 processes, ensuring compliance with special education laws
• Coordinate evaluations, related services, school social work, and mental health services
• Conduct informal and formal evaluations for special education teachers and staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of urban education experience
• PA special education certification completed or in process
• PA administration certification completed or in process
• Master's degree in Special Education (preferred)
