You will oversee construction of municipal water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. You'll monitor contractor activities, document progress, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred
• 3+ years of construction/field observation experience
• EIT/PE is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on construction of municipal water/wastewater projects
• Monitor contractor adherence to standards, specifications, and design drawings
• Review contract documents, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation
• Track construction activities, prepare progress reports, and review payments
• Communicate proactively with all involved parties
