• Define multi-quarter strategy for ML-driven subscriber growth across acquisition to retention.
• Own a portfolio of initiatives, aligning squads around goals and measurable outcomes.
• Establish experimentation roadmap with strong measurement practices like A/B testing.
• Drive lifecycle and personalization strategies balancing user value and monetization.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with data-driven or ML-backed products.
• Strong technical fluency in experimentation design, A/B testing, and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with subscription or e-commerce business models and lifecycle optimization.
• Track record of improving conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, or LTV.
