💼 About This Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution of the safety programme for deploying autonomous driving technology into real-world robotaxi operations. You'll translate Wayve's safety approach into a structured, scalable programme aligned with partners and regulators. This high-impact role involves working across engineering, operations, and partner teams to ensure credible and defensible safety delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale robotaxi pilot safety plans and artefacts.
• Structure, track, and execute key safety management deliverables cross-functionally.
• Liaise with external partners to align requirements and translate to delivery plans.
• Track, aggregate, and report key safety performance indicators and metrics.
• Identify and plan needs for safety plan expansion into new markets.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with creating and executing safety management activities spanning policy, assurance, risk management, and promotion.
• Applied experience with safety in fleet operations or similar environment.
• Partner and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Cross-functional project management experience.

• Safety management system experience in automotive, aerospace, or transportation.
• Operations or safety experience with platform marketplace businesses (ride-sharing, delivery, micromobility).
