You'll lead fabrication processes for Neutron, Rocket Lab's medium-lift reusable launch vehicle, ensuring high-quality outputs and production efficiency. Your work directly supports vehicle build, integration, and ground support equipment. This role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge space missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and execute fabrication tasks like cutting, welding, and machining.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize fabrication processes.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CNC machines, welding equipment, saws, manual mills and lathes.
• Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• A&P Certification (Airframe and Powerplant).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
