• Calling teachers to qualify, assess preferences, and schedule interviews
• Conducting initial phone interviews with applicants
• Gaining understanding of candidates' preferences and identifying suitable positions
• Building value and excitement around Zen Educate's mission
• Guiding candidates through screening and document collection process
• Building urgency and excitement to get applicants started quickly
• Working in a fast-paced startup environment requiring flexibility
