💼 About This Role

You'll join the Planning and Engineering Department to support construction and project management for a rapidly growing community. You'll oversee public and private construction services, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. This role offers the chance to be a key part of Sunbury's expansion, including new interstate and development projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer public and private construction contracts
• Prepare material estimates and schedule project phases
• Manage construction for capital improvement programs
• Coordinate annual warranty inspections and review reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in construction engineering or related + 2 years experience, or associate + 4 years
• Evening and occasional weekend availability
• ADA certification
• LPA certification or ability to get within 2 years
