💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement core IAM components for Lambda's AI cloud infrastructure, enabling secure access control across all products. Your work will directly impact enterprise readiness and shape how customers access compute at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement core IAM components including identity models and authentication flows
• Build enterprise IAM features such as RBAC, SSO, SCIM, MFA, and audit logging
• Own end-to-end delivery of IAM features from design to production rollout
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity patterns across systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience
• Strong experience building authentication and authorization systems
• Solid understanding of IAM fundamentals (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, ABAC)
• Strong coding skills in Python or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise IAM features (SSO, SCIM, MFA, audit logs)
• Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Auth0, WorkOS)
• Exposure to multi-tenant system design
