You'll drive weekly content creation and real-time coverage for FloCollege, the authentic home for small school college athletics. You'll capture live competition moments and turn them into platform-native content that grows audiences and revenue. This role offers the chance to shape social strategy across multiple sports and events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create weekly content including stat graphics, short-form video, and posts
• Execute real-time social media coverage during live events
• Support multi-team events with pre-event, live, and post-event content
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts in sports or live-event environments
• Strong understanding of platform best practices and algorithms
• Experience with content creation tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Canva
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours aligned with live sports calendar

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of college athletics (softball, baseball, basketball, football)
• Experience with performance data to guide content strategy
• Ability to travel for on-site coverage
