Description

Join Alo as an Operations Manager to lead store operations, inventory management, and labor planning. You'll ensure the store is customer-ready, oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate product deliveries, and manage budgets. Collaborate with the General Manager to drive efficiency and uphold Alo's mission of mindful movement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in changing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational processes and ensure store is customer-ready
  • Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with Manager to resolve system gaps
  • Champion operational standards using business performance data
  • Support sell-through management and coordinate labor for product deliveries
  • Manage budget, reporting, and business metrics in partnership with General Manager
