You'll act as a strategic recruiting partner, owning full-cycle hiring for high-volume sales and go-to-market roles. You'll directly impact business growth by enabling the expansion of critical revenue-generating teams in a fast-paced environment. This remote role offers exposure to high-performance talent acquisition and modern recruiting tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales development and high-volume roles
- Proactively source active/passive talent using LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and align expectations
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure clean pipeline tracking
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency, startup, or corporate environments
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social networks
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Solid understanding of structured interviewing and unbiased candidate evaluation
