Description

You will lead Jupe's entire digital UI/UX ecosystem, designing and managing all digital content across web, mobile, and social. Collaborate with the Head of Product and lead engineers on feature development and product strategy, transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces. Your work will help scale Jupe's mission to shelter 1.5 billion people.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with demonstrated team leadership
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Invision, Sketch, or Adobe Creative
• Experience developing iconography, illustrations, and design systems from scratch
• Data-driven and first principles mindset
• 2+ years experience helping early-stage startups grow and acquire initial customers
