🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and procedures
• Process purchase orders, change orders, and bid requests
• Receive, tag, and display stock and special-order merchandise
• Maintain procurement records and perform audits

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of inventory and purchasing experience
• Knowledge of purchasing policies and quality control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality industry
