Requirements

• PhD or Master's with equivalent research in ML, CS, math, or physics
• 8+ years industry experience applying NLP and LLMs at scale
• Strong experience designing models balancing performance and production constraints
• Ability to deliver production-grade, well-tested code with rigorous evaluation

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize language AI solutions from data to production
• Serve transformer-based models at scale for real-time enterprise experiences
• Collaborate with ML developers and platform teams to accelerate research
• Act as technical reference, guiding architecture and best practices
• Mentor applied scientists and foster a culture of excellence
