💼 About This Role

You'll be the public face of Xsolla in the game developer ecosystem, building trust and advocacy across communities. You'll create technical content, host events, and gather feedback to shape product improvements while amplifying developer engagement. This role focuses on the CIS region with regular travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain presence in top game developer communities.
• Represent Xsolla at conferences, meetups, and industry events.
• Organize and participate in developer meetups and hackathons.
• Produce technical content: articles, videos, and social media updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy or Community Management.
• Software development experience and technical background.
• Game development processes and tools knowledge.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
