🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead national payer access and reimbursement strategy across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBM, and federal channels.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of National Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific contracting and reimbursement strategies.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key payer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with field sales, market access, marketing, and finance teams.

  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in managed markets or payer strategy.
  • 3+ years leading national account teams.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare market dynamics and payer economics.
