π― What You'll Do
- Lead national payer access and reimbursement strategy across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBM, and federal channels.
- Oversee and mentor a team of National Account Managers.
- Develop and implement customer-specific contracting and reimbursement strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships with key payer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with field sales, market access, marketing, and finance teams.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in managed markets or payer strategy.
- 3+ years leading national account teams.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare market dynamics and payer economics.
- Proven experience negotiating complex payer contracts in specialty or orphan drug environments.

- Advanced education in business, healthcare, or related fields.
- Established relationships with national payer organizations and PBMs.
