Description

You will be the hands-on champion for our Enterprise Search No-Code Agentic AI Platform, bridging technical implementation and business adoption to drive the cultural shift toward an Agent-Powered Workforce. You'll deliver expert training, provide advanced technical enablement, and help teams identify high-impact AI use cases.

Requirements

• Experience developing and training on low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Glean, Relevance.ai, Zapier, Workato)
• Deep familiarity with productivity tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Atlassian, ServiceNow)
• Exceptional public speaking and curriculum development skills for technical workshops
• Conceptual understanding of API integrations, data indexing, and cloud environments (e.g., GCP)
• Ability to analyze business processes and define measurable automation opportunities

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of Project Sidekick across the organization
• Provide Level 2/3 technical enablement for agent development and tool integrations
• Build and iterate on proof-of-concept No-Code Agents
• Design and deliver high-impact training curriculum on enterprise search and agent utilization
• Facilitate AI Labs workshops for workflow mapping and pain point identification
