💼 About This Role

You'll partner with our Conversational AI Engineers to shape the personality and conversational flow of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs), ensuring customers receive a human AI experience. You'll determine the most appropriate next action and language to produce exceptional customer interactions while developing an AI personality that is engaging and memorable. This is a 100% remote opportunity with limited travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Author customer journey storyboards and interaction scripts
• Analyze performance data and develop improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design IVA solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in corporate consulting with enterprise clients
• 2+ years experience with natural language AI or GenAI
• 2+ years experience in UX writing or writing for AI systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience with audio recording and production
• Training in User-Centered Design principles
