You'll oversee overall equipment effectiveness and lead maintenance staff for a leading contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical and personal care products. Your core impact will be improving production line performance and managing preventive maintenance programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee overall equipment effectiveness and reliability
• Schedule and assign maintenance personnel
• Develop and optimize master maintenance schedules
• Manage small projects including machine upgrades

📋 Requirements

• 5 years progressive maintenance supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation applications
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness troubleshooting experience
• High-speed packaging equipment knowledge preferred

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Formal packaging experience for consumer goods
• Advanced computer skills
