You'll pioneer Parloa's market entry across the Nordics and Netherlands by generating outbound pipeline and building relationships with enterprise prospects. Your work will directly shape the revenue engine and set the foundation for long-term growth in new regions. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and enterprise sales team to turn market insights into a tangible pipeline.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and engage enterprise-level prospects in the region.
- Generate outbound pipeline with data-driven outreach.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes.
- Refine messaging based on market dynamics and client challenges.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a topic-related role (SaaS, VC, or consulting).
- Curiosity for people and technology.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or Nordic language is a plus.

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Loom, Asana, Apollo, Miro, Notion.
- Additional fluency in Dutch or a Nordic language.
