๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and manage Industry sales across EMEA, steering an enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. Your impact will be shaping strategy and navigating complex deal structures to maximize value for both Unity and our customers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Implement and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Industry growth across EMEA.
- Lead and mentor 4-5 Senior Sales Executives, delivering on forecasting and GTM commitments.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, and compliance to structure enterprise deals.
- Support customer-facing meetings to uplevel relationships and maximize value exchange.
๐ Requirements
- SaaS, Platform, or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record negotiating $1M+ deals.
- Sales leadership experience building high-performing teams.
- Experience with Channels, ISVs, System Integrators, or Service Partners.

- Expertise in RealTime3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization.
- Experience activating and scaling new Go-To-Market motions.
